Our Leadership Team

Elena Byrley, MD
Managing Member

Dr. Byrley, has over 25 years of experience in clinical research, with over 20 years in progressive leadership roles at NIH NCI.  She has provided strategic leadership in clinical research support and health IT fields for some of the top consulting firms in the US, and managed program/enterprise-wide oversight, strategic planning, and technical approach development for health accounts including NIH (NCI and NHLBI), VA, and DHA. Her notable accomplishments include transforming organizations, growing leaders capable of building exceptionally performing teams, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction, and expanding business into adjacent markets.  Dr. Byrley holds an MD from Vinnitsa Medical University, Ukraine. 

Milena Kirilyuk, MD
Managing Member
A 2023 recipient of the prestigious NIH CCR Clinical Excellence Award, Dr. Kirilyuk has over 30 years of experience in scientific and medical research, clinical trials, and clinical informatics, with over 15 years leading multi-disciplinary clinical research support teams to a peak performance in NIH environment. She is a motivated leader who is consistently able to find creative solutions to resolve multiple and complex challenges. A talented high-level expert in all aspects of clinical research, her focus is on regulatory compliance, quality in clinical research conduct, clinical data management, pharmacovigilance, and EDC development.  Dr. Kirilyuk holds an MD with a specialization in Biophysics and Cybernetics, from the Russian National Research Medical University (Biomedical Faculty), Russia.
 
Olha Katynska, MD
Managing Member

Dr. Katynska has over 20 years of experience in the field of biomedical research and clinical informatics, specializing in NIH (NCI, NHLBI, NIAMS) clinical trials support for the past 10+ years through leading multi-disciplinary teams in the NIH environment. She is a respected high-level expert in all aspects of clinical research support services, with focus on clinical monitoring, clinical data management and EDC development, data security and integrity, and regulatory compliance. Dr. Katynska holds an MD from Chernivtsi State Academy, Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and an MS in Communication Technology from Strayer University, Washington, DC.
